Parking is restricted to on-street parking. Don’t worry, though! There are plenty of 2-hour free spots available on the streets next to and behind our premises. It’s super convenient and just a short walk away.

Absolutely! BYO is allowed as long as it’s not sold on-site. You’ll need to provide bar staff with a valid RSA certificate—just share that with us beforehand. And of course, all attendees must be 18+ to enjoy a tipple.

1. Tickets are Non-Refundable
Please choose carefully — tickets are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else if you can’t make it. Just let us know their details before the event.

We reserve the right to make small changes if needed (such as timing or guest hosts) and will notify ticket holders of any major changes.

3. Event Cancellation
If Lumina needs to cancel or reschedule the event, you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a new date.

4. Liability
Attendees participate at their own risk. Lumina is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.

5. Photography & Social Media
We often capture photos or videos at our events for marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed unless you advise us otherwise when you arrive.

6. Dietary Requirements
For events involving food or drinks, we do our best to cater for common dietary needs — but please check event details carefully and notify us in advance if you have allergies or specific requirements.
